Victory For Youth is certified by the Department of Education to help all people by providing employment services. We specialize in helping individuals with disadvantages and disabilities, by equipping them with the skills necessary to become employable by offering pre-placement training courses and job placement.

Share Your Heart Chaplaincy Program

SHARE YOUR HEART Volunteer Chaplaincy Program - Trained volunteer chaplains are ready to respond to referrals for assistance of food, clothing, essential supplies, spiritual and emotional support within 48 hours. The SYH Chaplaincy Program training consists of 16 hours provided by Baptist Health. Upon graduation the volunteer chaplain is qualified to provide assistance through the SYH referral system sent by the partnering agencies. We currently have over 224 participating faith-based organizations with 800 trained volunteer chaplains in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach, Monroe County), Southwest Florida (Lee, Collier, Hendry, Charlotte, Hillsborough County), Tallahassee (Leon County), Pensacola (Escambia County), Orlando/Ocala (Orange County) and we continue to expand to other counties.

Share Your Heart Boutique

Located in our Main office, 2400 South Dixie Highway, 2nd Floor, in Miami, at the Coordinated Victims Assistance Center (CVAC); the boutique is a place of hope where individuals, children and families, via a referral, can come and "shop" for clothing and essential supplies and receive food, at no cost. This location also serves other counties by supplying the food, clothing and essential supplies to other SYH locations.

Share Your Heart Fire Rescue Truck

Our fire rescue truck visits schools, community events bringing music, fun, games, educational resources, and food bags to people of all ages. It has been customized to bring fun and resources.
